Privacy Policy
How AI Path Academy handles information submitted through this website.
This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you. It applies to the interest registration and contact services currently available on the AI Path Academy website.
Information you provide
Interest registration
When you register your interest in AI for Everyday Life, we ask for:
- your full name and email address;
- your learning goal and language preference;
- agreement to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions; and
- an optional phone number and optional accessibility requirements.
The course associated with the form is also included with the submission. Interest registration is not enrollment, does not reserve a seat, and does not collect payment information.
Contact form
When you send a message, we ask for your name, email address, reason for contact, and message. A phone number is optional.
Accessibility information
Accessibility requirements are optional. Share only what you want us to know. We use this information to understand requested support and discuss available accommodations before a course is confirmed.
How we use information
We use submitted information to:
- acknowledge and respond to interest registrations and inquiries;
- share confirmed course details and seat availability;
- understand learning goals, language preferences, and requested support;
- plan courses, workshops, training, and partnerships; and
- protect the forms from misuse and maintain the website.
Email communications
After your registration is stored, we send a confirmation to the email address you provided. We may contact you when relevant course details are confirmed. Contact-form messages are used to respond to the inquiry you submitted. To ask us to stop sending course updates, reply to an email or contact [email protected].
How information is handled
Interest registrations are stored in AI Path Academy’s dedicated database so we can follow up, manage requests, and plan enrollment. Email is used only as a notification when configured; a delivery failure does not remove the stored registration. Hosting and email providers process information only as needed to operate those services. We do not sell information submitted through these forms.
The website uses a temporary IP-based key in memory and may store a one-way, secret-keyed abuse identifier to limit repeated form attempts. It does not store a complete client IP address in the registration record. Hosting infrastructure may process standard technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website.
Retention and your choices
Registration records may be kept while useful for follow-up, enrollment planning, course communication, security, or ordinary administration. Because retention needs vary by record, this policy does not promise a fixed period.
You may ask about information associated with your email address, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Please provide enough detail for us to identify the relevant message or registration.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics services. If analytics, advertising, accounts, payments, or other services are added, this policy will be updated to explain the related information practices.
Children’s information
The website is not intended to collect information from children without appropriate parent or guardian involvement. A parent or guardian can contact us about information submitted by a child.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the website and academy services expand. The updated version will be published here with a revised “Last updated” date.
